Leonard Fournette will rush for more than 100 yards: FACT

Leonard Fournette rushed the ball 26 times in week 1 but it felt like he got the ball on every other play.

The Jaguars coaching staff did consciously try to keep Fournette fresh, as they used Chris Ivory in bursts to try and throw off the defense.

While I expect the Jaguars to continue using Ivory, Fournette will continue being the driver on offense.

The Titans had trouble containing a freshly out of retirement Marshawn Lynch last week, which doesn’t bode well as they face the Duval Hammer.

Fournette should get 25+ carries this week and he’ll break the century mark for a second straight week.

Additionally, Fournette looked really good catching the ball out of the backfield in his debut. He isn’t exactly a mismatch running routes, but if he gets in the open field after catching a pass he can be a bear to tackle. I would be shocked if Fournette accounted for well over 75% of the team’s offensive production this week.
