2. Let Blake Bortles air it out
In the first key to the game, I detailed how bad the Jaguars defense has been and what they need to do to slow down the passing offense of New Orleans. Now its time to talk about how bad of a defense the Saints have and how the Jaguars should expose it. New Orleans comes into this contest with the third worst passing defense in the NFL, so letting Blake Bortles take advantage of that should be a big part of the Jaguars plan offensively.
The Jaguars passing offense has been solid so far this season as it ranks 12th best in the league. Blake Bortles is having a heck of a bounce back season too. He already has 31 passing touchdowns and he is only a little under 200 yards away from having 4,000 passing yards this year.
I fully expect the lethal combination of Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns to have an absolute field day against the swiss cheese Saints Defense; including Julius Thomas who has a touchdown in four of the last five games. Lets sum it up. Pass more. Run less.
