2. Aside from Luck, the Colts have been hampered by injuries to other key players. Which one (besides Luck) has been the biggest loss?

"Left tackle Anthony Castonzo has been dealing with a knee sprain that has forced the team to shake up the offensive line. He’s been an anchor and the protection and run blocking isn’t the same without him. He should be back soon, but is likely going to be out on Sunday. There is also rookie DT Henry Anderson who was lost earlier to a torn ACL. He was a candidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year and was anchoring a stout run defense. The Colts have been completely dominated on the ground, but the point of attack at the line hasn’t been as good without him."

My take:

Henry Anderson was a force when the Jaguars played the Colts last time so it’s a relief to know he’s out. The Jaguars will try to establish the run with T.J. Yeldon early on in the contest and take some of the pressure of Blake Bortles.

Losing your left tackle would normally hurt a team, but the Colts have nothing to fear this week. Andre Branch and Chris Clemons are the worst defensive ends in the NFL and couldn’t beat a drum, let alone another NFL left tackle.
