2. Pressure Joe Flacco

It’s no secret that the Ravens will try to throw all over the Jaguars pass defense in this weekend’s matchup and could you blame them? The Baltimore passing offense comes into this matchup ranked as the 10th best passing offense in the league and the Jaguars are giving up the 8th most passing yards per game in the NFL. The Ravens have struggled to run the ball effectively this season, they only rush for 99.2 yards per game which is the 11th lowest in the league. With all that being said, its seems very obvious that the Ravens offense will attack the Jaguars defense heavily through the air.

With a young and inexperienced secondary, the Jaguars will need to get a big game out of their pass rushers if they want to beat Baltimore. The Ravens offensive line has done a solid job of protecting Joe Flacco so far, he has only been brought down 14 times this season. The Jacksonville Jaguars rush defense will need to come up with some creative blitz packages this week to help increase their sack total of only 18 this season. If the Jaguars want to earn their third victory of the season then players like Chris Clemons, Sen’Derrick Marks and Jared Odrick will need to have a big game.
