Andrew Luck is probably the best young quarterback in the NFL. He has leadership oozing out of every pore on his body and backs it all up with impressive skills.
But on Sunday he looked like an absolute mortal.
Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills absolutely dismantled the Indianapolis Colts’ passing attack, putting Andrew Luck to shame. Luck’s final stat line was just 26 of 49 (53.1%) for 243 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. This is something that nobody in the NFL really saw coming.
While I think it is clear that Andrew Luck will rebound, for now he is the second-best quarterback in the AFC South, falling one spot below a quarterback with a near-perfect debut.
