1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

player. 48. The Bucs get their quarterback of the future in Winston, foregoing the best talent in the draft in order to make sure they have a signal caller who can dominate the competition.. Quarterback. Florida State. Jameis Winston. 1

2. Philadelphia Eagles

player. 54. The Philadelphia Eagles package Sam Bradford and their second and third in 2014 and their second in 2014 to get the quarterback that had coach Chip Kelly really wants. The Oregon Eagles are officially born. To their credit, the Titans come away with a veteran quarterback in case Zach Mettenberger doesn’t work out.. Quarterback. Oregon. Marcus Mariota. 2

3. Atlanta Falcons

3. player. 52. The Atlanta Falcons need pass rushing help specifically but they need defensive line help overall. With the best pass rusher in the draft still available, they trade up by swapping their first with the Jaguars and giving them their second and third as well. Thomas Dimitroff is known to go get the guy he wants and Fowler is another example of the Falcons correctly trading up.. Linebacker. Florida. Dante Fowler Jr.

4. Oakland Raiders

Defensive Tackle. Southern California. Leonard Williams. 4. player. 28. The Raiders are fortunate to pick up the best player in the draft, falling to them at four overall. It’s too tough to pass on Williams in the 2015 draft and when the best player falls to you, you take him.

5. Washington Redskins

6. New York Jets

The next best pass rusher on the board and the Jets make sure that they get a guy who can continue turning their defense into a terror this offseason.. Linebacker. Clemson. Vic Beasley. 6. player. 30

7. Chicago Bears

57. The Bears are attached to Jay Cutler whether they like it or not. They may as well give him every weapon to succeed and if things don’t work out they’ll have a top flight receiver for the next guy.. Wide Receiver. Alabama. Amari Cooper. 7. player

8. Jacksonville Jaguars (via Atlanta Falcons)

44. While his motivation is an issue, the Jaguars can now afford to take a chance that the talented pass rusher can get his act together. Gregory is raw, but he gives the Jaguars every chance of improving their pass rush.. Defensive End. Nebraska. Randy Gregory. 8. player
