2015 NFL Draft: Two Jaguars Trades We’d Love to See
By Luke Sims
The Jacksonville Jaguars hold the third overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft and they are looking to trade back. There are plenty of holes on the roster and they’ll need every pick to turn into someone who can make an impact quickly (ideally in their rookie seasons).
There has been some Jaguars trade talk surrounding the 2015 NFL Draft, but it hasn’t been very heavy. The most likely partner appears to be the Atlanta Falcons right now, but there could be some creative trades that we’d love to see that haven’t been discussed much yet.
Fortunately, we’re here to discuss them right now.
So here are two 2015 NFL Draft trades we’d love to see involving the Jacksonville Jaguars

The Falcons are in need of a pass rusher and trading up to third overall gets them the pick of the litter. It’s a tight group, but it would be great to see the Falcons fall in love with a player and make a move to go get him. Thomas Dimitroff is no stranger to going after a player he wants (remember the Julio Jones trade) and after two disappointing seasons he knows his job is on the line. A premier pass rusher could help change that.
I think this is a legitimately possible deal for the Jaguars to pull off. The Falcons are consistently considered a possible trade partner, especially because of the previous relationship between current Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell and Dimitroff. Now the picks finally line up for a deal to get done. This would give the Jaguars the opportunity to do pretty much whatever they want in the draft and they would still be able to pick up a pass rusher at eighth overall.
