Sit: Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Houston Texans
We’ve outlined how Fitzpatrick doesn’t follow up on big games. Don’t be wooed by his monster performance last week. He’ll fall back to earth. He’s never posted consecutive 300+ yard games and he has never thrown six touchdowns in a game before last week. He may pick up two (about the average the Jags allow) but don’t expect big yardage and expect him to likely make a mistake or two once or twice in this game.
Start: Arian Foster, RB, Houston Texans
If you aren’t starting Arian Foster in your league, well shame on you. It’ll be tough for the Jags to slow down the talented running back, especially with him averaging 100 yards a game in 2014. Expect him to at least get close to that number this week. The Jags allowed Rashad Jennings to get near that mark last week before he left with an injury. Can the Jags slow Foster down? The fact that question is being asked means you should be starting him.
