As we enter the final quarter of the regular season, the Jacksonville Jaguars are officially eliminated from the playoff-hunt with a 2-10 record through 12 games.
Despite the poor record, the Jaguars do have more pieces in place compared to a year ago when it comes to looking at the next season’s roster.
While the team is still looking for the consistency that can build a winner, the reality of the rebuilding process is that the Jaguars are still one full offseason away from being able to compete in the AFC South for a possible playoff spot.
We do not know what draft pick they will have or what free agents will be available, but it is clear that the Jaguars will likely upgrade numerous positions come this off season.
