Sam Young
Overall Grade: +5.6
Pass Block Grade: +2.4
Run Block: +2.7
He still has to make it through the last cuts, but offensive tackle Sam Young made a strong case for himself this preseason. He was highest rated offensive player on the Jaguars according to PFF, and he did it over the course of 148 snaps, second only to wide receiver Mike Brown. Young played right tackle in each game, and he’ll likely be needed while Austin Pasztor works his way back from injury. He was the only lineman who graded out well in pass blocking and run blocking.
