Jacksonville Jaguars Preseason: 5 Players to Watch on Thursday Night

The Jacksonville Jaguars have to feel fairly good about their performance in their week 1 game of the 2014 preseason, but they still have plenty of questions needing to be answered over the next 3 weeks. With that in mind, here are 5 players to look out for heading into Thursday night’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Sen’Derrick Marks. Defensive Tackle
The best player on the field last Friday night wasn’t Blake Bortles – it was defensive tackle Sen’Derrick Marks. After earning a contract extension in 2013, Marks came out of the gate against the Tampa Bay Bucs a man possessed. He had a QB hit, 2 hurries, he forced a fumble, and he had a stop in the run game, all of which netted him an impressive +5.5 grade from Pro Football Focus.. in just 11 snaps! That’s a ridiculous pace to try and keep up for an entire 4 quarters, but it’ll be interesting to see if Marks has the same kind of success against a much more developed offense with Marc Trestman and the Bears.
