With the 2014 NFL draft quickly approaching, the time has come for everyone’s favorite gym shorts spectacle. The NFL combine originated as a way for teams to easily evaluate the medical condition and athletic ability of impending draft prospects, but the event has grown into something with significantly more fanfare.
The 335 players attending the combine will report in phases throughout the week based on position group. Most of the drills can be seen on NFL network and some of the events can be seen on NFL.com. The schedule for the next week of events is as follows:
When: Wednesday, Feburary 19 to Tuesday February 25 (workouts begin February 22)
Where: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Indiana

Pre-Workout Schedule:
- February 19 – 21: Registration, interviews, orientation, medical checks
Combine Workout Schedule:
- Saturday, February 22: Tight ends, offensive linemen, special teams
- Sunday, February 23: Quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers
- Monday, February 24: Defensive linemen, linebackers
- Tuesday, February 25: Defensive backs drills
