Part way into the 2012 season the Jaguars announced they were making black their primary color and abandoning the teal that had been the primary for so long. The black made the minimalist uniforms look sleeker but doesn’t seem very practical for the hot Florida sun and heat nor does it really pop or seem striking in any way.
