To help you win one of your final fantasy matchups of the week, here are my Week 15 fantasy football players to start and sit:
Guys to Start:
QB Matt Ryan, ATL (@ NYG) – Ryan faces the 27th-ranked pass defense, so expect a big game from “Matty Ice” this weekend.
RB Darren McFadden, OAK (vs. KC) – McFadden has been a questionable start all year, but when he faced the Chiefs in Week 8, McFadden rushed for 114 yards. Start RunDMC with confidence this weekend.
WR Justin Blackmon, JAC (@ MIA) – Miami is currently ranked 25th in the NFL against the pass, so expect Blackmon to abuse the Dolphins’ lackluster corners this weekend.
TE Greg Olsen, CAR (@ SD) – The tight end has caught four touchdowns passes in his last five games alone. He is a must start this weekend.
Guys to Sit:
QB Joe Flacco, BAL (vs. DEN) – Flacco has yet another tough matchup this weekend, as he faces a Denver defense that is ranked seventh against the pass and sixth against the rush.
RB Michael Turner, ATL (vs. NYG) – Turner is getting fewer and fewer carries as the weeks go on, and he seems to be losing more carries each week to Jacquizz Rodgers. Leave Turner on your bench in Week 15.
WR Brandon Lloyd, NE (vs. SF) – Lloyd may have hauled in 89 yards and a score last weekend, but expect him to have a much tougher time finding space against an angry 49ers’ defense.
TE Owen Daniels, HOU (vs. IND) – Daniels has been plagued by drops lately and has only caught 5 passes in the last two games despite being targeted 13 times.
