To help you win one of your final matchups of the year, here are my Week 12 fantasy football players to start and sit:

Guys to Start:

QB Eli Manning, NYG (@ WSH) – Manning may only have three touchdowns in his last four games, but all three of them came last weekend. He has finally turned the corner on his mid-season slump and should be considered a great starter this weekend. He will easily eclipse 300 yards and 2 touchdowns in the game against an overaggressive Washington secondary.

RB Beanie Wells, ARI (@ NYJ) – Wells scored twice last week in his return to action, so expect another solid outing from him against a New York defense that is ranked 30th against the run.

WR Brandon Marshall, CHI (vs. SEA) – Seattle’s secondary is looming with uncertainty,  so expect Marshall to torch them as home.

TE Owen Daniels, HOU (@ TEN) – Daniels has scored a touchdown in three of his last four games and has become Matt Schaub’s favorite red zone option.

Guys to Sit:

QB Joe Flacco, BAL (vs. PIT) – Flacco only has one multi-touchdown game in his last eight performances. Now factor in that he plays a tough Pittsburgh defense in Week 13, and it would be wise to leave him on the bench once again.

RB Marshawn Lynch, SEA (@ CHI) – Lynch had four straight 100-yard games before being held to 46 yards on 19 carries last week against the Dolphins. Lynch will have another rough game against an elite Chicago defense, so do not expect much more than 60 rushing yards.

WR Greg Jennings, GB (vs. MIN) – Jennings will most likely return this weekend, but it is better to wait one more week before starting him.

TE Heath Miller, PIT (@ BAL) – The Steelers are down to their third-string quarterback, Charlie Batch, so do not expect many fantasy points from any Pittsburgh players this weekend.
