4. Jaguars WR Christian Kirk will get 100 yards and one touchdown

Just a few months ago, the Jaguars earned plenty of criticism for giving Christian Kirk a top-market contract. Since then, other wideouts have gone on to sign more lucrative deals. Moreover, Kirk has been everything the team’s brass bargained for, having already developed a solid connection with Trevor Lawrence.

Kirk is set to be the Jags’ top target on offense and if the offensive line gives Lawrence enough time to throw the ball, the two should connect often in Week 1. The Texas A&M product will go up against Kendall Fuller and William Jackson III, good but not great cornerbacks. He should be able to log his first 100-yard game of the season, along with his first receiving touchdown as a member of the Jaguars.

3. Andre Cisco will snag his first interception of the year vs. Washington

One year after being relegated to the sidelines, safety Andre Cisco will enter Week 1 as the starter opposite Rayshawn Jenkins. The former Syracuse Orangeman often showcased the ability to create turnovers at a high rate in college and he’ll once again have the chance to put on display his ballhawk skills against the Commanders.

In limited action last year, Cisco forced two fumbles and nearly came down with an interception against the New York Jets. With one year of experience under his belt, the sophomore safety should be able to play more instinctively, which will help him log his first pick of the year.
