Jaguars No. 1 fantasy option in 2022 – Christian Kirk, WR.

Wide receiver Christian Kirk produced 77 receptions, 982 yards, and five touchdowns in 2021 as a member of the Arizona Cardinals. Kirk produced admirably for a guy who shared the load with the likes of DeAndre Hopkins and AJ Green.

The former Cardinals receiver has been a steady producer since entering the league in 2018. He has topped 40 receptions in each season he has played. He caught 68 passes for 709 yards in 2019, and 77 receptions for 982 yards and five touchdowns last year.

Kirk produced slightly more than Marvin Jones last year even though the latter was his team’s top option. Jones and Kirk’s history of steady production should help both receivers stay relevant in fantasy leagues. However, the Jags paid a hefty price for Kirk’s services and probably plan on utilizing him as this year’s top option in the passing game.

The pass-catcher looks to have his best year yet as he goes into a new system that invested heavily in his services. Lawrence will most likely look to Kirk often as the speedy veteran has a knack for getting open and making big plays down the field.
