These Jacksonville Jaguars rookies will see the field often in 2021.

4. Walker Little, OT, 45th overall, second round.

Left tackle was a position of need for the Jaguars in 2021 but instead of using the 25th overall pick to address the position, they waited until the second round to take Walker Litte. The Texas native was one of the top collegiate prospects back in 2018. But he tore his ACL in 2019 and missed most of the collegiate season. He then opted out of the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the fact that Little hasn’t played in a meaningful football game in almost two years, he showed up to rookie minicamp in great shape and earned praised from the coaching staff throughout training camp. Offensive line coach George Warhop says the Stanford product is in the process of getting acclimated to the NFL but believes he will get better over time. He will start the season on the bench but will probably join the starting lineup if either Cam Robinson or Jawaan Taylor struggles.

Grade: B

5. Andre Cisco, S, 65th overall pick, 3rd round.

Here’s another player with injury flags that the Jaguars take a flyer on. Andre Cisco was a ballhawk at Syracuse, posting 13 interceptions and 14 passes defensed in just 24 collegiate games. However, he suffered a lower-body injury in 2019 and torn his ACL the following year. Heading into the 2021 NFL draft, it was fair to wonder if the former Orangeman was fully healthy.

Cisco put all doubts to rest in training camp, displaying no limitations during practice. His Pro Football Focus grade of 81.1 in the preseason was the highest among rookie safeties. Even though he won’t start in Week 1, defensive coordinator Joe Cullen says he will see the field often.
