The Jaguars passing game must click against the Steelers.

If Laviska Shenault can’t go on Sunday, cornerback Minkah Fitzpatrick will likely cover DJ Chark and Joe Haden will take on Keelan Cole. Fitzpatrick could have an edge in this matchup so it may be up to Cole to pick up the slack. If anything, he’s proven he can do it.

Against the Green Bay Packers, Cole hauled in the Jaguars’ only receiving touchdown of the game. Moreover, he had an electrifying 90-yard punt return. If the Kentucky Wesleyan can have a similar performance in Week 11, the Jaguars will have a chance to win the game.

. . Jake Luton, quarterback. 1. player. 52.

Jake Luton had a good performance against the Houston Texans in Week 9. He went 26-of-38 for 304 yards, one passing touchdown, and one rushing touchdown. He looked like the real deal but then came crashing down and struggled versus the Packers in Week 10. In that game, the rookie signal-caller was 18-of-35 for a pedestrian 169 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.

If the Jaguars want to pull an upset, Luton will have to play the way he did in the Texans game and not how he fared against the Packers. It could go both ways on Sunday and we shouldn’t be surprised by either outcome, but this Jacksonville team surely wants to see ‘good Luton’ in Week 11.
