2. The 49ers have a ton of promising young players despite their record. Who is one player the Jaguars should be worried about heading into this matchup?

"It is true that the 49ers have a ton of young players on the roster. Another scary thought is that there are many more talented youngsters on injured reserve that haven’t played this season like Joshua Garnett, Joe Williams, and Aaron Burbridge. With all of the injuries sustained, one player was able to step up big time for Garoppolo and he is Marquise Goodwin. His notorious speed is dangerous enough but he has improved immensely with Garoppolo starting. Here are his receiving starts in the last three games: 99, 106, 114. He is making catches in traffic and also hanging onto to the ball, something he was criticized for immensely during the Brian Hoyer times. Goodwin could be in for another big game, but he is facing a big time secondary."

My take:

Normally I wouldn’t be worried about a speedy wide receiver against this Jacksonville defense, but the Jaguars uncharacteristically has huge coverage busts in the Arizona Cardinals game and the Seattle Seahawks game. Goodwin is exactly the kind of player that could get loose and make the Jaguars pay for a mistake on the back end.

That being said, even if Goodwin is Jimmy G’s only real weapon – I think the Jaguars contain him.
