3. Dirk Koetter did some good things when he was the offensive coordinator in Jacksonville. How has his scheme translated to the Bucs personnel and to Winston?

"Dirk Koetter is certainly a proven play-caller and Jameis Winston is doing everything he can to get acclimated to the system. Koetter’s play-calling hasn’t seemed to be the problem so far this season, just the turnovers."

My take:

Koetter and Winston seemed like an ideal match when the Bucs drafted the young QB, and I think their offense will get rolling by the end of the year. Jameis has made a handful of monumental mistakes, but he’s also done a good job of driving the ball down the field, a trademark of Koetter’s offense. The Jaguars need their safeties to play well in this game and try to keep the Bucs’ big receivers from getting open downfield.
