Terry Richardson

• Richardson comes from the University of Miami (Florida) to the Jaguars.  He will be reuniting with former Miami offensive coordinator, and now Jaguars offensive coordinator, Jedd Fisch.  Richardson is known for his aggressive running attack and, when paired with Fisch’s tendency to let his quarterback throw, should provide a strong complement to the Jaguars passing game.

Ron Middleton

•  Middleton comes to the Jaguars from Duke University.  He has been with Duke since 2008 and is the associate head coach, special teams coordinator, and works with the tight ends.  Middleton’s special teams units have done well in the college ranks including his time at Duke and one year stint with Alabama.  Before his time at Alabama and Duke he worked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an assistant under Jon Gruden after spending some time at Mississippi.

It’s nice to have some new faces and a final coaching “lineup” set already.
