Luke Sims is a non-profit administrator extraordinaire in Apple Valley, Minnesota. He enjoys dark beers, a good bourbon (neat), and intelligent discussion. He graduated from The University of Montana with a B.A. in Political Science and a Master's in Public Administration. When he isn't writing papers on bureaucracy Luke is looking up football stats and writing on the brilliance of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Dreaming of the future and hypotheticals is a primary focus of Luke's writing with an emphasis on past statistics.
