Aaron Colvin has signed his rookie deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Colvin, a fourth round pick in this month’s draft, put ink to paper on his deal with the team on Wednesday afternoon. Colvin joins Luke Bowanko and Storm Johnson as the club’s other draft picks to sign thus far.

Aaron Colvin was being projected to go in the 2nd round of the draft, and possibly even late 1st with a strong performance at the Senior Bowl. However, Senior Bowl week instead turned out to be a disaster for Colvin, as he tore his ACL in practice. According to Colvin, Head Coach Gus Bradley told him that the team was still going to take him regardless of the injury, and they did just that with their 4th round selection. Common thought right now is that Colvin will start off the season on the Physically Unable to Perform list(PUP).
With Colvin’s signing, the Jaguars now have six draft selections who have yet to sign.
