With plenty of needs on offense and defense, general manger started looking for value in the 4th round with cornerback Aaron Colvin out of Oklahoma. Colvin was getting mocked pretty high early in the draft process, but a torn ACL at the senior bowl gave teams enough caution to have him fall to the 4th round.
Here are some of the hot takes from Twitter on the defensive prospect:
#Jaguars select CB Aaron Colvin in fourth round with the 114th overall choice. Tore ACL at Senior Bowl, was 2nd-round pick prior to injury.

Had Aaron Colvin not torn his ACL at the Senior Bowl, he'd be a 2nd round pick. Good stash player for the Jaguars.

Aaron Colvin is an interesting choice. I think he could play safety or cornerback. Pretty good value for the Jaguars.

Today is when the coaching the Senior Bowl may really aid in the Jaguars' selections.
