Draft week is finally here, so it’s time for people to start locking in their mock drafts. There are a still a few days left to flip-flop and change some picks, but Editor-in-Chief for FanSided.com Josh Sanchez decided to come out with a two-round mock draft on Monday.

In light of general manager David Caldwell’s recent comments about Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, Sanchez decided to go ahead and slot him to the Jaguars at number 3.

"3. Jacksonville JaguarsPick: Johnny Manziel, quarterback, Texas A&MAfter Gus Bradley has seen the success of an undersized quarterback have success with his old team, the Seattle Seahawks, the size issues surrounding Johnny Manziel won’t be a big factor. The team will need to surround him with weapons on the offensive side of the ball, but the way that Bradley has built his new defense is something that will go a long way in changing the attitude of the Jaguars franchise."

Despite what Caldwell said recently, I think Manziel is a longshot at number 3. Given some of the criteria Caldwell put forth before about what he looks for in a quarterback, Manziel is probably the least likely quarterback to be selected at that point.

In the 2nd round, Sanchez finds the Jaguars a steal in someone I consider to be a first round talent.

"7 (39) – JAGUARS – KONY EALY, DE, MISSOURI"

Kony Ealy is a versatile athlete who should be able to rotate in at defensive end and the LEO position. He shares some similarities to Andre Branch,  but Ealy seems to have a little bit more bend and edge rushing ability.
