The Jacksonville Jaguars are all but guaranteed to take a quarterback in the 2014 NFL Draft, but the prevailing opinion as of late is they will wait until after the first round. David Caldwell and company are still taking plenty of time to weigh options apparently, since they are bringing in Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater for a private workout.
Source: Teddy Bridgwater, who has already visited with the Jaguars, is scheduled to have a '2nd meeting & workout tomorrow' with the team.

As Alfie Crow of Big Cat Country pointed out on Twitter, Bridgewater has already met with the team on multiple occasions and are clearly interested to some extent.
If math is right that means Jags have scouted multiple Bridgewater games, met at combine, private meeting at pro day, and 2 on-site visits

The Teddy Bridgewater saga is one of the most perplexing I’ve ever seen in regards to the draft. While it’s likely just the up-and-down nature of the NFL Draft media machine, Bridgewater’s stock has plummeted since the end of the college football season for almost comical reasons. Some of the talk of players like Derek Carr and Jimmy Garoppolo being drafted ahead of him borders on sheer lunacy.
While I’m taking this news with a grain of salt, I’m glad to see the interest is there on the side of the Jaguars for the top quarterback in the draft.
