The Jacksonville Jaguars are slowly building their roster. With each piece they are getting stronger, carefully building a foundation on which they can become successful. The veteran mini-camp begins next week and the Jaguars are looking to add 19 more players to the mix.
In addition to 58 players under contract, Caldwell said #Jaguars will have 19 players at veteran mini-camp next week on tryout basis.

The players added will likely not be players that the average fan is familiar with, but rather players that are “filler” for the mini-camp and are trying to prove they can make an NFL roster. The Jaguars are a smaller team with only 58 players currently under contract but will swell to a much larger size over the next few weeks and months.
The veteran mini-camp will be a tryout for players hoping to make the team. The workouts begin Tuesday and will run through Thursday. We’ll know who is coming and going later but for now we know 19 players will be attending.
