I prefer the 4-3, but it's not like the current personnel is doing a great job at it right now anyway so this is as good a time as any to switch it up. I figure the Jags will let whomever becomes DC decide the fate of the scheme, so whomever we hire as a head coach may end up consulting with Caldwell to see what the strengths and weaknesses are to making the switch right now based on the candidates he has for DC. I'd really like Lovie Smith, but it would be expensive - besides, I'd be shocked if he didn't end up an HC again. A good examination.
