		<description>I think Schottenheimer wouldn&#039;t be a bad candidate.  I would prefer him as an OC, and he has had success in that position in the past, but he is still wrapped up in St. Louis.  I don&#039;t see him leaving for the Jags job (or any HC job for that matter) in the next year or so.  Jay Gruden probably won&#039;t leave Cincy because of family considerations (like he didn&#039;t last year).  He&#039;s a fickle one, that Gruden, but I think he would be a pretty versatile head coach.  Apparently there&#039;s a rumor Cowher wants back in, but I doubt he goes to anybody who isn&#039;t a Super Bowl contender right off the bat.  

I still think that Roman will be the guy, but really there&#039;s no basis besides a few reports and that Caldwell went to school with him and all that.  Roman has had some decent success, but I don&#039;t think you can peg it all to him in San Fran.  That said, Harbaugh did have his best success with Roman on the staff.

If Tebow can coach, then he&#039;s probably our best bet....</description>
