He's getting the job done because he's no afraid to throw it down field since he could have lost his job by seasons end. Gabbert on the other hand couldn't do that since he has a conservative high percentage completion game like he did in college. If Gabbert can't play better than Henne next year, consider him gone I feel that Henne will cement himself as a starter for next year and be a decent plug for the Jaguars.
