After placing Blaine Gabbert and Laurent Robinson on IR for the remainder of the season, the Jaguars have signed QB Jordan Palmer and WR Carlton Mitchell. Jordan Palmer made a splash in the preseason with some solid play and looked to secure himself the third QB spot before he was ultimately cut.
Since being drafted in the sixth round of the 2010 draft, Mitchell has recorded three catches for 31 yards in sixteen games.
