Can the defensive line win the battle in the trenches and put pressure on him? Also, when they do get there, they have to finish the play and sack him. I've watched Luck here and there, and his pocket prescence is uncanny, so taking him to the ground will be paramount. If the defesive line can repeat it's performances in the Oakland and Green Bay games, they'll limit him the same way they did Palmer and Rodgers. It's all on the pass rush.
