MJD To Sit Out Against Packers

Maurice Jones-Drew injured his foot after only two touches on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.  The Jags’ starting running back is now determined to be out with his foot injury for next week’s game against the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau.  For the Jaguars this is a very powerful loss and one that contributed to the inability to move the ball against the Raiders on Sunday.

The left shoulder injury to quarterback Blaine Gabbert may not be enough to keep him out of the game against Green Bay next week.  He played two series after injuring his shoulder on Sunday before sitting out the rest of the game to watch backup Chad Henne squander the lead he had built up.
