		<description>I&#039;m an optimist. I think he will make significant strides this season.... and the next and the next. Personally, I think he is going to take the Eli Manning development path: gradual improvement with each season until he is suddenely (and unexpectedly) playing at an elite level.
 
Maybe I&#039;m remembering this wrong, but wasn&#039;t Gabbert drafted with the idea that he was NOT yet NFL ready, but had the potential to develop into a franchise QB? If that is the case, are we really suprised that he didn&#039;t look ... well... NFL ready?</description>
