@KeenanJ Hopefully! It's tough to not like the kid, especially since he's doing and saying the right things. I imagine he'll be pretty easy to dislike if he doesn't translate his play into the NFL though!

Oh yeah, and having coach Sullivan as his tutor is a nice addition to add to the picture. I think it's next to impossible that he doesn't end up being the best player that he can be having someone of Sullivan's stature showing him the way.

I have to admit that I unfairly prejudged the Blackmon selection. The more I learn about him and what he can do for this offense, the more I realize how premature my judgement really was. I initially didn't think he was worth a 'Top 5' draft selection, but I never factored in the rookie wage scale into that proclomation. That alone alters the value of the selections and adding that into equation, more than justifies the selection. Not only that, but he's an instant upgrade, a plug and play type player, has a very low bust potential, a lot of room for improvement and he has a desire for the game. As a bonus, he's a cool, intelligent young man to boot. I take back my initial outlook and I'm happy he's a Jaguar. I've said before, that I think him and Blaine could very well become one of the premiere passing connections in the league and this season should be an indicator of that possibility becoming a reality.
