The thing I respect about Mincey is that when he speaks, I believe the things that he says. He speaks with such a passion and you can just tell that he genuinely loves the game of football and also, being a Jacksonville Jaguar. I think it's going to be really good for Branch to have a guy like Mincey around during the early years of his career.   I believe that Mincey is the epitome of what this team is on the verge to becoming and you indicated as much yourself when you said "They also may not always be the best players on the field.  But as a group, men who buckle down and work for something above themselves help to raise the play of everyone and make the entire team greater than the sum of its parts." While we my never be a flashy team, we will be one that is solid through and through and gives itself a chance to win everytime the team takes to the field. This is the most exciting part of all of this to me. This season can't get here fast enough. Man Luke, what a well written, inspirational piece.
