Announcing B&T's First Round Rumble: Who Knows the Draft Best?

Here at Black and Teal we take pride in providing in depth evaluation of top college talent and our beloved Jaguars.  We take our writing semi-seriously and love to bring forth good discussion and crazy ideas.  Whether it’s the mock draft posed by Daniel Lago, or the infinite wisdom of Jason Love, we’ve got you covered in one way or another.

Which is why we’re going to have a competition to see who is more right here at B&T.  Will Jason Love get the most picks correct, will Lionel Joel’s selections even be taken off the board in the first round?  There would be no way for our readers to know this in one comprehensive spot, but now there shall!

A day before the draft, we’ll be posting the picks from our writers.  Who is right and who is wrong will be decided on the first day of the draft.  After the conclusion of day three, we’ll announce who won.  Two points for correctly picking the player and which pick # he is taken at, one point for correctly picking a player to be drafted in the first round, and zero points if your man is not picked at the end of day one.

While we’ll only be posting the writers’ best guesses, feel free to add your own first round mock in the comments section if you desire.  Who knows, the winner may not be one of B&T’s writers!

It could be you.

– Luke N. Sims
