@NickelandDime I’m inclined to agree a bit here. Though, as has been said for ages in the world of football, it’s about balance. The Texans have a screamin’ running game and a very good quarterback to balance it all. Similarly, no matter how good Tom Brady is, until Benjarvis Green-Ellis is upgraded they don’t have a true running game to provide balance (but when you can throw a ball through the eye of a needle it doesn’t matter as much).

I think a team can’t be one dimensional. Unfortunately the Jags are almost entirely one dimensional. But I do think you can be effective being built around the run though not entirely reliant upon it.
