While I do believe that Gene has been building the line to be more geared towards pass protection, I don't think he has neglected the run blocking in lieu of it. It's apparent that he knew MJD was the cornerstone of this offense because one of the first things he did was re-sign him, so it would be unfathomable to think he would not give him a run blocking line to run behind. When you look at the offensive line as it currently stands, I would say it has a balance to it, with it being better at run blocking than pass protection. Read the Packers website, he is a convert. If you don't pass and pass block, you can't win it all in this league.
