I think the team keeps Harris to start the year as he could see playing time due to injuries and he can be a package player. As usually happens I think several guys will move back and forth from the active roster to the practice squad including Harris, Newsome and Rutland. None of these guys is likely to be signed to another teams active roster unless they get time to play and flash something special. Very well thought out list.
