I think it should get a B because a few reasons. One, it instantly upgraded a position of need. Two, we got a player who the Jaguars believe his best football is still in front of him. And three, we got him from a team that he wanted to stay with, as was the case with Posluzny. You add in his versatility and the experience that he will be able to support the youngers players with and this becomes an excellent signing. The only FA Gene signed that probably won't be here for a while is P Matt Turk. The overall effort should get an A-, even though many said Gene overpaid for these players, which is just a reality when you are involved with Free Agency.
