		<description>I say let the best person start. That&#039;s what training camp and the preseason is for, competition. If Blaine outplays David, then he should win the job. I understand that once you start Gabbert, Garrard should be done in Jacksonville, because there&#039;s no going back. I see it this way, it Gabbert outplays Garrard, with Garrard being in the same system for the past four or five years, then he doesn&#039;t deserve to be the starter of this team. The only way I see David still being starter with Blaine outplaying him, is if the coaching staff wants to make sure the offensive line is ready to protect the &#039;future of the franchise&#039;. That wouldn&#039;t be the best idea, because it&#039;s disrespectful to David. Like I said though, let the best person play.</description>
