Though I think he's better than you give him credit for. It isn't all Peyton Manning's team. It is still all Dungy's though. Dungy got the shaft on two Super Bowls, Tampa's and the lost one by Caldwell's Colts. Dungy was brilliant and missed out on those two thanks to moving to Indy and leaving to retire. Both his Colts and his Bucs were (are) great for a while but they fade eventually. Good points about Caldwell. Though I think he’s better than you give him credit for. That could be a good reasoning for Caldwell, who is in his position just for 2 years. But his case is special because of Manning, who would make you or I a good head coach (Ok, that's a bit too far, but basically I think anybody cvould look great until #18 playing.). As for Kubioak and Del Rio, no matter how talented were their teams, I starting to discover returning signs and issues. (Jack Del Rio' teams - inconsistency, Gary Kubiak - finishing around .500 and always collapsing at big games- that is partly true for the Del Rio's teams.But they actully delivered in couple of those. mostly before '08...)And that is not just about talent.
