    I like Pete Brisco’s list of potential breakout players for 2011. It’s even better that a Jaguar made the list. Considering he’s been in the league for a while and was never given an opportunity to show what he can do, it’s easy to see why he was the player on the team to make the list. But from my standpoint, there are quite a few players on the team ready to breakout. Courtney Greene, Larry Hart, Austen Lane (especially him with him being a starter and all), Zach Miller, and Jarret Dillard are the other worthy of consideration. As with Lane, Greene has the biggest breakout potential with already cracking the starting lineup. Miller too, with him being the second tight end on the depth chart, combined with the fact that we employ a lot of two tight end sets. Even with difficult schedule, I think the team as a whole is poised to have a breakout season.

      It’s easy to get excited about guys in the offseason when there’s little else to do, but with how much upside so many guys on the roster seem to have – you have to expect that at least a few will breakout big next year.
