Every coach with a ring has that in common. This team over achieved at 8-8. (11-5, seriously, and monkeys can fly out of my butt.) Lets remember this is one of the worst defenses in the league. Thats due to talent not coaching. It has some young developing core players, but it is going to require atleast 3 starters who are not on the roster now to be a contenders defense. Build a championship rosted and Jack will be fine. I believe GS will take care of the roster, so Im good with JDR. Jack is more thangood enough to win a championship with the right roster. As Jack has gained experience, I think he's matured as a head coach. By that, I mean I think he has learned to level out and not wear his emotions on his sleeve anymore. I think he has the vision to build a winning football team and I think he has the aggressive style that it takes to win it big. This aggressive style, in my opinion, is also what he is criticized for most when it doesn't work out and what people point to as his failures/why he will never succeed.
