Another WR who made headlines for the wrong reasons in ’09. He was arrested twice last year for drug-related charges; first just 2 hours before the free agency started; then in April; when he was even tased. Well no wonder he hasn’t played for any team in 2009. He got a second chance though; recently he was signed by the Seattle Seahawks. I will keep an eye on him if he can make the final 53-man roster. Just because he found a new team he desreve a little better grade then Porter:
