Whoops! I thought it was a fifth round pick. That is what I get for not doing research and going on what I assumed.

What about Jerry Porter? I mean, I know he was injured but he hasn't turned into the go to guy we thought he could be. On the other hand, Troy Williamson and Jerry Porter are kind of go deep guys and can Garrard make that pass? We've seen him do it once all season.

I think there are obvious flaws with our ability to draft what we think we're drafting and I don't know if that is all the fault of Shack Harris. We have been chasing the spirit of Jimmy Smith since he left us, though. Wide receivers are hard to pick right because so many of them bust or are just plain mediocre. Derrick Harvey is hard to judge because he didn't even play in the preseason so this whole year is catch up. There is one thing to be said about the Jags, though. They can really draft well in the later rounds. It is that first round we do terrible on.

I am not sure how much of a leash is going to be given to the front office after this year. Part of me thinks there will be a full clean out. Another part thinks that we'll wait another year and see what happens. I just hope we improve in the off season.

It was a 6th round draft pick we traded, not a 5th rounder.

Jimmy Kennedy was just cut.... That makes two "calculated risks" by Shack Harris that haven't panned out. Jimmy Kennedy and Troy Williamson.

What do you think of Shack Harris

Let's hope Troy's rage doesn't make his hands shake. He has enough problems with them as it is.
