The area of town he got shot in wasn't bad either. In fact, the homes there are some of the most costly ones because it is right near the river (hence, Riverside). It wasn't that he was in one of "those places". Bboggs 36, there is no proof that it wasn't random but as more facts come out it does seem weird.
